F.2-F.3 Admission 2023-2024

1.    Application Date
3rd July 2023 to 7th July 2023

2.    Submission of Application Forms
Eligible students please bring the following documents to the school office to collect the application form.
(1)    Original and copy of Hong Kong Birth Certificate, Hong Kong Identity Card or other documentary evidence showing the resident status in Hong Kong and date of birth of the student.
(2)    Copy of report cards in recent 2 years
(3)    Copy of awards and proof of participation in activities (Maximum 10 items)
(4)    1 Passport size photo
(5)    Copy of recommendation letter (if applicable) 

3.    Admission Examination
Eligible applicants will be informed to attend a written examination in Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics. The examination will take place on 14th July 2023, from 8:30am to 12:00noon.

We will contact these eligible students by phone before 10th July 2023 at 5:00pm. If you do not receive a notification from our school after 5:00pm on 10th July 2023, you may consider your application unsuccessful, as we will not be providing individual notifications to those who are not selected.

4.    Admission Criteria
Applicants should support the education mission of our school. The admission criteria are listed as follows.

•    Academic results and
•    Conduct, activities, services, and awards

5.    Announcement of Results
Successful applicants will be notified by 17th July 2023, before 5:00pm. If you have been accepted, you must register at our school by 19th July 2023, before 11:00am.
Please note that if you fail to register before the aforementioned time, we will consider it as a forfeiture of your admission offer.

中二、中三插班申請 2023-2024

1.    申請日期
2023年7月3日至2023年7月7日

2.    申請程序
帶同以下文件到本校校務處領取申請表：
(1)    學生出生證明書、香港身份證或載有本港居民身份和出生日期的證明文件正本及副本；
(2)    最近兩年成績表副本；
(3)    其他學術成就或課外活動證明文件副本(不多於10項）；
(4)   1張證位相
(5)    推薦信副本（如具備）。

3.    筆試
合資格申請學生會安排於2023年7月14日(上午8時30分至中午12時)參加中文科、英文科及數學科筆試。
本校將於2023年7月10日下午5時前以電話聯絡合符本校要求的學生出席筆試。若於7月10日下午5時後仍未接獲本校通知，可作落選論，本校不會個別通知。

4.    取錄準則
申請人須認同本校的辦學理念。

5.    取錄通知
本校會於2023年7月17日下午5時前通知獲取錄的學生。獲取錄學生必須於2023年7月19日（上午11時前）到本校註冊，逾時將作放棄學位處理。
